5 MeO-DMT: Throwing the Grenade into the Lake of Your Subconscious Mind with Tandava Retreats

In this episode of the Psychedelic Spotlight podcast, Swati sits down with leaders from Kaivalya Kollectiv, “a multifaceted company focusing on psychedelic wellness, education”, and more. She speaks with Victoria Wueshner, a 5-MeO-DMT Facilitator and the Founder of FIVE, and Joël Brierre, CEO of Kaivalya Kollectiv.

Kaivalya Kollectiv aims to combine ancient Eastern and Indigenous practices with modern science and Western therapies. Kaivalya’s motto is “ancient roots for modern growth”. Their flagship resorts, titled Tandava Retreats, are an immersive, world-class retreat center in Tepoztlan, Mexico, working with 5-MeO-DMT in a safe and effective container that utilizes philosophies and techniques of the ancient mystery schools and supports them with a modern Western approach.

Before the interview, Swati went through a ceremony at Tandava Retreats, and experienced the psychedelic 5-MeO-DMT. She then experienced the integration period with the assistance of Joël and Victoria.

In the discussion, Victoria and Joël discuss how to prepare for a ceremony, the nuances of the 5MeO-DMT experience and industry, and how to integrate the experience afterwards. They also talk about who can benefit the most from a 5-MeO-DMT experience, and who it’s best not suited for.

Kaivalya Kollectiv considers 5-MeO-DMT to be a powerful and sacred medicine, and believes that its intentional use can help many individuals.
