So what happened with MindMed (MMED / MNMD) on the day on the NASDAQ uplisting? As we all know, MindMed announced on 23rd of April that the MMEDF stock will uplist on NASDAQ on April 27th under ticker MNMD. for MMED : NEO owners, the stock ticker will remain the same, adjusted to US ER.

Ever since, we all speculated on what will happen to the MindMed stock on April 27 and what will be it’s closing price? On April 26th, the stock price rose to near all time highs and a lot of retail investors thought that on the 27th, the run will continue. MindMed’s move to the Nasdaq was to increase the visibility of its stock in hopes of reaching out to a new group of retail and institutional investors.

Unfortunately, the plan didn’t go so well. While MindMed opened at the previous all time high, the stock dropped throughout the day. MindMed, (MNMD) closed today after its first day on the Nasdaq at: $4.02, down 16%,
most probably due to investors who took some profits, which was one of the scenarios in our previous video on MindMed Nasdaq Uplisting price predictions.

So in this video, I’ll share my thoughts on today’s MMED / MNMD stock events and then discuss the near time future catalysts for MindMed.

MindMed Releases Data on TWO Clinical Trials: A Closer Look Into MMED’s Psilocybin and LSD studies.

Mind Medicine (MindMed), (NASDAQ: MNMD, NEO: MMED, DE: MMQ), announced that Dr. Matthias Liechti presented data from several ongoing studies at the INSIGHT Conference in Berlin, Germany, conducted as part of MindMed’s ongoing collaboration with the UHB Liechti Lab.

In this episode, we’re covering what is microdosing and its purported benefits. You will learn how to microdose magic mushrooms. How to microdose psychedelics.

Microdosing is the practice of taking a small dose of a drug, in our case psilocybin, the main active ingredient in magic mushrooms. The dose is small enough that it won’t cause any perceptual changes, meaning you won’t have any hallucinations or even feel high.
This will allow you to continue to go to school, work, or get more comfortable in social settings.

According to thousands upon thousands of anecdotal stories over decades, microdosing psilocybin is purported to:
– Improve your creativity;
– Help you enter states of flow, also known as “being in the zone” or entering a mental state of total energized concentration;
– Help alleviate feelings of stress and anxiety;
– Improve focus and concentration;
– Improves relational awareness and;
– Speeds your reflexes.

We have to rely on anecdotal evidence unfortunately, because until recently, very little scientific study has been done on the subject of microdosing, though that is starting to change with many clinical studies underway.
Despite a lack of hard scientific data, the practice is sworn upon by many in high pace environments, such as Silicon Valley. A couple famous examples of microdosers include: Joe Rogan and Steve Jobs, though for the later it was more LSD microdosing.
